Fetal Surgery Fellowship Eligibility Criteria

The Fetal Care Center of Cincinnati offers a one-year fellowship in fetal surgery.

An eligible candidate must be a fully trained, board-eligible surgeon who has completed general surgery residency training (PGY 6 or higher) and is seeking additional training and experience in fetal surgery prior to pursuing fellowship training in pediatric surgery. Alternatively, an eligible candidate will have completed both general surgery residency training and pediatric surgery fellowship training and is seeking additional training and experience in fetal surgery.

The source of funding for this position will be through the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center graduate medical education (GME) mechanism.
