Bio
Joseph Previte, MD, FAAP, performs all types of pediatric anesthesia, except cardiac, and is also part of the Fetal Anesthesia Care Team, Spine Surgery Care Team and Bariatric Team. Dr. Previte is particularly interested in information technology in the health care setting and manages and directs several IT projects in the Anesthesia department. He is currently directing the development and implementation of Centricity, a perioperative-wide (from the preoperative evaluation through the postoperative note) computerized documentation system tailored for the anesthetic care of the pediatric patient. This system will be integrated with a perioperative-wide documentation system for the operating room nurses, for which he is a consultant - and all the critical care areas of the hospital.

All Cincinnati Children's Anesthesia faculty do anesthesia clinical teaching on an ongoing basis. The faculty are assigned daily in the operating room with a wide variety of anesthesia rotators.
